HuffPost asked [Marcus Bachmann] if he thought it was appropriate and fair for a question to be asked of his wife in the debate Thursday night about whether she would be “submissive” to him, her husband, if she were president.
“The answer was brilliant,” he said.
I asked him again.
“They need to focus on what’s important in this country,” Marcus Bachmann said, pointing to jobs and the economy as the topics that should take priority. “It’s unfortunate that they focus on things that are not as important.”

They can’t say that it’s “unfortunate” that these questions are a focus when your wife’s campaign is BASED On these sorts of issues. When the GOP primary is focused more on Shariah Law, abortion, gay marriage, and other social wedge issues. The talk about jobs is all related to how much Obama’s “tax and spend” liberal, if not “socialist” agenda put us in this mess. There aren’t any solutions given other than bumper sticker messages that could have peeled off of a 1979 Ford Pinto. You can’t have it both ways.
